Senior Style Guide Guys
1. The Parent Pleaser- A more classic outfit that won't look dated in just a few years. Think: blazer, dress shirt, vest , sweater, slacks...b ut keep in mind that it doesn't have to be boring.
2. Your Choice: This outfit should make a statement about you. It can reflect an activity, hobby, sport or just show off your swagger.
3. Outdoor- With such a wide array of places we can go outside that can reflect your style, urban, cowboy, skater boy. Think of layers, casual, dark colors and solid.
Bring your shoes dressy and casual
Belts, socks, ties, hats, jewelry
Dark and medium jeans
Black pants are a great choice
T shirts, black, white and/or grey
Your sports gear: Jerseys, jackets, equipment, awards
Hobbies: Instruments, artwork, skateboards, etc.
Bring your clothes already ironed and on hangers
Check your fingernails to make sure they are clean and cut
Fresh shave
Be aware leading up to your session in the week before to avoid sun. Uneven "farmer's tan" is not good
Use a moisturizer for a few days leading up to the shoot
Drink lots of water to have glowing skin

Dress For Success
The Parent Pleaser- A more refined look to keep Mom & Dad happy but keep in mind the it doesn’t have to be boring. Think: solid colors, nothing too revealing, blouses, dresses sweaters. etc.
Your Choice- This outfit should make a statement about you. It can reflect an activity, hobby, sport or be high fashion.
Outdoor- With such a wide variety of outdoor around town, we will select a background or location based upon your outfit. Think: earth tones, layers, casual just keep in mind that shorts and short skirts do limit posing.

Black or khaki pants are also great.
Bring camis for layering, white, nude , black.

Make sure clothes are clean, wrinkle free and on a hanger.
Look & Feel Your Best
Although we retouch every image, these tips will have you looking and feeling fabulous in your portraits.
No chipped or overly bright nail polish. Neutral colors work best.
Avoid sunburn, tan lines or too orange of a spray tan.
Brows should be groomed. Enhance lashes with mascara.
We love lip gloss. Stick with berry or brown shades.
Use a moisturizer without a SPF, which tends to add shine.
Pack your make up bag along for touch ups.
Drink plenty of water and get a great nights sleep for healthy skin.
